David and Martha Hammonds are pastors of Living Water Teaching in San Salvador, El Salvador. This ministry reaches an average of 554 people per week. They also mentor young people through their Bible School in San Salvador. Victory Church is proud to have ambassadors like the Hammonds to send to the world.

Luis Sorto is well known throughout the Spanish-speaking world as a Pastor/ Evangelist. He has just recently made a commitment to focus on the country of Honduras. He is building two ministry centers in the heart of Honduras to reach children and young people, to train them with technical skills, and to minister to the needs of their families, who are very poor. Luis also supports Victory Church by helping with the "Fiesta de Milagros" crusades in many ways. He is a blessing to the people of Central America and we are proud to have him as a Victory Church Missionary.
Stanley Black - Central and Latin America
Stanley and Pearl Black are busy at work bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to the people of Central and South America. Stanley Black translates for several missionaries and evangelists. Brother Stanley travels with Pastor David to Honduras to interpret each "Fiesta de Milagros" crusade.
