“Prosper”, (euodoo [you o doo’ o])
to help on the road
to succeed in reaching [a destination]
to succeed in business affairs
God’s will for your life is success!
(God didn’t create you for failure.)
Success is fulfilling God’s will and destiny for your life!
Gods will for a person’s life, might be full time Christian ministry.
His will for another person might be being that model employee making their employee and company successful!
His will for another could be teaching students, providing health care, working for a charity, or government.
Others have a huge passion for business.
This is a legitimate calling from God too. A Christian’s thriving business can do much good.
It provides goods and/or services for the benefit of people.
It financially provides for all of its employees.
It creates financial supply, or even wealth, for the business owner and his/her family.
It furnishes provision for the House of God.
Whatever the call or gift upon your life, God wants you to succeed! But success requires a certain mentality.
We must develop a Success Mentality!
Joshua 1:1-9
Realization is a mental awareness. (Verse 2)
Joshua had to realize that “this was his day, his opportunity to achieve and succeed.
Realize that “this is your time”!
Meditation is a mental exercise. (Verse 8)
Obedience is a mental decision. (Verse 8)
God said through John that prosperity or success come as your soul (mentality) prospers! (3 John 2)
Success must be built into our Christian thinking.
Romans 12:1-2
Paul’s writings reveal that any and all God given success requires mental renewal!
Our minds must be engaged in order to achieve God’s success in our lives.
Christian success requires the investment and involvement of all three of the Christians human parts…Spirit, Soul and Body.
We must…
Be right (in our spirit)
Think right (in our mentality)
Act right (in our body, speaking, acting, moving)
Success Mentality is right thinking.
Success Mentality is godly thinking!
Developing a success mentality is necessary in any and all Christian endeavors!
