John 3:16
Everlasting life, perpetual life, life from eternity
Romans 1:17b
“The just shall live by faith.”
We’ve been made Alive by the life of God!
John 5:24-29
Jesus has life in himself.
He speaks and makes us alive in our spirits, for salvation….just as
He can speak and make the dead alive, for judgment.
John 6:48-58
We’re alive by faith in Jesus’ body and blood.
You don’t enter eternal life when you die.
When you’re born again, you enter eternal life and…eternal life enters you!
We’re Alive with God’s life Now!
God’s life, life from eternity is in our spirits.
Zacharias’ wife Elizabeth became pregnant in answer to prayer by a miracle though they were “well stricken in years”. Their baby was to be John the Baptist, forerunner of Christ. He was filled with the Holy Spirit from his mother’s womb. Another miraculous conception occurred in the womb of the Virgin Mary 6 months later. Mary then traveled to the city of Zacharias and Elizabeth in Judah’s hill country, entered their home and greeted Elizabeth. The moment Elizabeth heard Mary speak, her baby leaped in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. She then began to prophesy to Mary. (leaped = skipped, leaped for joy)
Elizabeth’s baby was a “life from God”. Her life from God responded when Mary, who had a “life from God” within her womb, spoke.
This is why your life from God, your born again spirit leaps within you when you get around the things of God. Your life is being nourished. Your life is being edified. Your life is being charged! And it empowers you to prophesy, to live and minister in God.
There is a well within us that springs up into everlasting life! We’re alive with God’s life within us.
Galatians 5:25
Since we are Alive by the presence of God’s spirit…
Let’s allow the Life of God’s Spirit to empower our living!
We’re Alive in the Spirit… Let’s walk in the Spirit!
