Pastor David Castro joined the pastoral team of Victory Church in October of 2006 to impact the Hispanic community with the Gospel. David and his wife, Juanita, are graduates of the Magdiel Bible Institute and he obtained his doctorate degree in Ministry from the Vision International University. They have been pastors for almost 25 years. Their greatest desire is to help people know the transforming power of Jesus. Associate Pastor

Don Weemes loves people and loves serving God with a passion. He has served as support staff member and associate pastor in churches for 25 years. His upbeat and positive personality is contagious with everyone he comes into contact with! Don and Lavon have three children; Erica, Amanda, and Josh.

NATHAN BURRIS
Children's Pastor

Nathan Burris served as Children's Pastor at Cornerstone Church in Rome, Georgia and as Associate Pastor at Living Bread Church in Washington, Missouri before joining the Victory Team in 2005. He and his wife, Kathy, are both graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. They have a desire to lead children into a genuine relationship with Jesus that will last a lifetime. MIKE EMINGER
Associate Pastor
Student Ministries

Pastor Mike Eminger joined the Victory Team in March 2006. He and his wife, Nicole and son, Brendon moved here from Tyler, TX to minister to our young people. He has been in youth ministry 12+ years and has a desire to be on the cutting edge of Student Ministry. Worship Pastor

Joab Perdue has been a part of Victory Church for over 20 years. His heartbeat is to teach people how to experience a genuine relationship with Jesus through worship on a daily basis. Joab has 10 years of experience as a worship leader, songwriter and musician. He graduated from Amarillo College with a degree in Business Administration.
